Lost / Missing Packages
A Pet Shop is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
